Benjamin Britten Ceremony of Carols
The Corvus Consort with their frequent collaborator, harpist Louise Thomson, will bring their eclectic programme to Morpeth for our Christmas concert. The choir is renowned for their fresh and engaging performances of repertoire ranging from the baroque to contemporary composers such as Judith Weir. We can look forward to Britten's wonderful Ceremony of Carols to close the evening.
'Dazzling … under its founder-director Freddie Crowley, Corvus Consort is always full of fresh thinking.'
